(Im)mobility Appendage I and II
(Im)Mobility Appendage I and II are live performances that explore the tension between the visible wound and the tacit wound. The performances call upon viewers to actively bear witness to the intimacy and eroticization of pain.
(Im)mobility Appendage I
Over the course of one hour in (Im)mobility Appendage I, viewers watch a kneeling figure get pierced twenty-six times followed by each piercing being strung to the wall like outstretched wings. (Im)mobility Appendage I was performed in collaboration with Mistrix Sunmi on April 10 2022.

In (Im)Mobility Appendage II, viewers watch a suspended figure held by the tension of a chest harness and multiple back piercings, held in tension connected to zip ties and hovered from a fire escape. (Im)mobility Appendage II was performed on January 21 2023 from 11pm–12AM in Brooklyn NY.
